What keeps me moving

Work is only one dimension of a person. These interests shape how I reset, practise and stay curious.

01 / Strength / control

Gym & calisthenics

Consistency, strength and body control. The lesson is simple: patient repetition compounds.

02 / Movement / expression

B-boying

Creativity, rhythm and the discipline to repeat a difficult movement until it feels natural.

03 / Outdoors / reset

Hiking

Space to think clearly, move deliberately and step away from the noise.

04 / Discovery / perspective

Travelling

New places reveal different ways of living, working and solving everyday problems.

05 / Roots / identity

Nepal

Where my story began — a grounded source of perspective, resilience and ambition.

The connection to work

Calisthenics teaches control before complexity. B-boying teaches repetition without losing creativity. Hiking creates space to think. Travel challenges assumptions. Together they reinforce the way I prefer to learn technical systems.

Progress rarely looks dramatic day to day. The skill is returning consistently enough for the small changes to compound.

Born in Nepal

Nepal is an important part of my identity and perspective. It connects ambition with humility and keeps the idea of progress grounded in where the journey began.
